Construction Laborer
Entry-level position with plenty of room to grow. You’ll assist the crew with site prep, clean-up, hauling materials, and supporting skilled tradesmen. Perfect for someone reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn.
Carpenter/Installer
Hands-on role building and installing everything from doors and windows to framing and finish work. Requires basic carpentry skills and the ability to read measurements. Great opportunity to sharpen your craft while working on a variety of projects across Oʻahu, Maui, and Big Island.
Electrician (Solar+ Construction)
Licensed electrician responsible for wiring, troubleshooting, and ensuring electrical work meets code. You’ll work on both residential and commercial projects, sometimes supporting solar installs alongside the construction team. Must be safety-focused and comfortable with hands-on problem solving.
Project Lead/ Foreman
Leadership position overseeing crews on-site. Responsible for managing timelines, delegating tasks, and making sure projects are completed safely, on budget, and to Inspired Built’s quality standards. Ideal for experienced builders who are ready to step into a supervisory role.
